Everything you see on our website—from the logo to the text and the software code—is the property of Strong Channels. When you buy a subscription, we are granting you a single-user license. This means you are the only one allowed to use those credentials. You cannot copy our content, sell it to your neighbors, or use our brand name to start your own service. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your service.
We offer a 24-hour trial period for a small fee of $3. We have implemented this for two very specific reasons:
To Filter Serious Users: Free trials often attract “bots” or users who have no intention of buying, which slows down our servers for everyone else. The $3 fee ensures that our support team focuses on real customers.
Compatibility Testing: Every home has different internet, different routers, and different devices (Firesticks, Smart TVs, MAG boxes, etc.). This $3 trial is your opportunity to “test drive” the car before you buy it. It is your responsibility to use this trial to check if your device works perfectly with our system.
Before you spend money on a 6-month or 12-month plan, you must read our setup guides. IPTV is a technical service. If you have an old device or a very slow internet connection, the service might buffer.
Your Responsibility: It is 100% the user’s job to ensure their device is supported.
No Technical Excuses: If you buy a full subscription and then realize your device is too old or your internet is too slow, we cannot be held responsible. This is exactly why the $3 trial exists—so you can find these things out without losing much money.
This is the most important part of our terms: Once we send the credentials to your Email or WhatsApp, the sale is final.
Why? Because once a “line” or “account” is created in our system, it is consumed. We cannot “take back” a digital code once you have seen it.
The Trial Logic: Since we offer a $3 trial for you to check the quality and compatibility, we will not accept refund requests based on “it doesn’t work on my TV” or “I don’t like the channel list.” You should have checked those things during your $3 trial.
Service Functionality: If our servers are up and running (which they are 99% of the time), the product is considered “working.” If it doesn’t work specifically for you due to your ISP or your device, that does not qualify for a refund.
Unless you have specifically purchased a “Multi-Room” or “Multiple Connection” plan, your credentials will work on one device at a time.
If our system detects that you are sharing your M3U link or Xtream codes with a friend, or trying to watch in two different houses at the same time, your account will be automatically banned by our security firewall.
Banned accounts for “Double Login” are not eligible for a refund.
The digital world is always changing. Sometimes a specific channel might go down for maintenance, or a sports event might have a temporary glitch. We reserve the right to add or remove channels from our list at any time without notice. We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that every single channel will be available 24/7/365.
