01 Detailed Service Description
  1. Strong Channels provides access to digital streaming media via the internet, commonly known as IPTV.
  2. We offer technical subscriptions that allow you to view a wide range of content on your own hardware.
  3. We do not own the channels themselves — we provide the stream delivery service.
  4. A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 10–15 Mbps for HD) is required for correct operation.
02 Intellectual Property & Usage License

Everything on our website — from the logo to the text and software code — is the property of Strong Channels.

  • When you buy a subscription you receive a single-user license. You are the only one allowed to use those credentials.
  • You cannot copy our content, resell it, or use our brand to start your own service.
  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your service.
03 The $1.5 Trial & Spam Prevention
✦ Trial Available We offer a 24-hour trial period for just $1.5 — your chance to test before committing.
  • Filter Serious Users: Free trials attract bots and uncommitted users that slow our servers. The small fee ensures our support focuses on real customers.
  • Compatibility Testing: Every home has different internet, routers, and devices (Firestick, Smart TV, MAG box…). This trial is your test drive — use it wisely.
04 Device Compatibility — Read Before You Buy

Before purchasing a 6-month or 12-month plan, you must read our setup guides:

⚠ Your Responsibility It is 100% the user's job to ensure their device is supported. If you buy a full subscription and then realize your device is too old or your internet too slow, we cannot be held responsible. That's exactly why the $1.5 trial exists.
05 Strict "No Refund" Policy After Credential Delivery
⚠ Important Once we send credentials to your Email or WhatsApp, the sale is final.
  • Why? Once a line or account is created in our system, it is consumed. We cannot "take back" a digital code once you have seen it.
  • The Trial Logic: We offer a $1.5 trial for you to check quality and compatibility. We will not accept refund requests based on "it doesn't work on my TV" or "I don't like the channel list."
  • Service Functionality: If our servers are up and running (which they are 99% of the time), the product is considered "working." Issues caused by your ISP or device do not qualify for a refund.
06 Prohibited Multi-Room & Sharing Rules

Unless you have specifically purchased a "Multi-Room" or "Multiple Connection" plan, your credentials work on one device at a time.

  • If our system detects you are sharing your M3U link or Xtream codes with others, your account will be automatically banned by our security firewall.
  • Accounts banned for "Double Login" are not eligible for a refund.
07 Service Uptime & Channel Changes
  • The digital world is always changing. A specific channel might go down for maintenance or a sports event might experience a temporary glitch.
  • We reserve the right to add or remove channels at any time without notice.
  • We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee every single channel will be available 24/7/365.
08 Privacy, Data & Support
  • We value your privacy. We only keep your email and WhatsApp number to send you your codes and provide support.
  • We will never sell your data to third parties.

09 Limitations of Liability
  • Strong Channels is not responsible for any damage to your hardware or any issues caused by your Internet Service Provider.
  • Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current active subscription.
